Nosebleeds. My little boy had his first "proper" nosebleed last week. He was playing and got hit in the face with a log by another boy.

Blood everywhere, scratched eye and an upset little child at pick-up after school. When he got home from school, he was as boisterous as ever.

Then, in the middle of the night, he picked his nose and started a nosebleed again - blood everywhere, and a distraught little boy again.

Why am I telling you this? Do you keep going back to a problem and picking at it and causing yourself pain?

Should you move on and not do the thing that causes you pain in the first place?
