10 minutes of Burpees. This one is still raw in my mind. Last Thursday, the HIIT gym I went to structured the workout so you did 10 minutes of Burpees.

It was broken down, so you did three rounds of 60 seconds, 15 seconds rest, 45 seconds, 15 rest, 30 seconds, and 15 rest. Then a final 60 seconds all out at the end.

How many do you think I managed to do? I'll let you guess. Would I have done as many (or more) if I did a solid 10 minutes of Burpees?

Think: How do you overcome significant scary challenges? Do you attack them all at once or break them down into smaller chunks?
